Madison Beer unlocks her heart with "Locket" whick marks a new era sealed in sound

Madison Beer is back with her third studio release, "Locket," which came out through Epic Records. She sounds determined, clear, and emotionally strong. The 11-track project, which comes out three years after Silence Between Songs, feels less like a continuation and more like a time capsule that Madison is finally ready to open and share.

The album's name is more than just a symbol, it's the basis of the whole thing. Madison says that each song is like something kept safe in a metaphorical locket, and that when it is released into the world, it ends an era. That feeling of closure, of honoring the past while moving on, runs through the whole project. Locket feels planned, personal, and lived-in, showing how much the artist has grown both on and off stage over the years.

The album's creation is heavily based on touring. Madison has said that the locket exists because performing live changed her life, and she wrote each song while imagining how it would feel to connect with an audience. That point of view gives the album a sense of being there and having a purpose, music that is meant to be heard and felt in real time.

Along with the release, a new music video for "Bad Enough" was co-directed by Madison Beer and Aerin Moreno. This video adds a strong visual element to the album's emotional core. Locket also has "Make You Mine," a great song that was nominated for Best Dance-Pop Recording at the 2025 Grammy Awards. This shows how important the album is.

Locket is Madison Beer's most personal and hands-on work to date. She worked with Leroy Clampitt, Jasper Harris, Lostboy, and Tim "One Love" Sommers to make it. Madison says the album is her world, and she means it both figuratively and literally. It's her heart. Madison Beer doesn't just release music with locket, she also captures a moment, invites listeners in, and confidently moves on to her next era on her own terms.
