Cherry Bomb is turning a new page with their latest single, “Calling Out Your Name,” featuring Nici Foxx. This song is the first release from their forthcoming third album, titled Midnight Gasoline. Staying true to their roots, Cherry Bomb keeps the energetic vibe of 80s rock while adding an exciting twist to their sound.
What makes “Calling Out Your Name” special is that it’s the band’s first duet with a female singer. Nici Foxx joins them on this track, adding a fresh touch to Cherry Bomb’s established style and creating a unique collaboration. This song also highlights Cherry Bomb’s history of working with various musicians. In the past, they’ve collaborated on songs like their Christmas tune “Silent Night” with artists such as Frank Pané from Bonfire, Marco Mendoza, and Henning Wanner, who has worked with the band Ozzyfied and was formerly with White Lion.
With “Calling Out Your Name,” Cherry Bomb takes their collaborative efforts in a new direction. Partnering with Nici Foxx marks an important moment for them as they prepare for Midnight Gasoline, while the song’s 80s rock sound keeps it connected to what fans love about the band.
As the first sneak peek into their third album, “Calling Out Your Name” symbolizes a fresh start for Cherry Bomb without losing the essence of their musical style. It sets the stage for Midnight Gasoline and lets the band keep celebrating their passion for 80s rock through this exciting new collaboration.
